Getting support could not be easier, use any one of the methods below from your Reporo Dashboard.

1. Live Chat Support : This will be located in the bottom right of your browser window.
Use this to speak with one of our highly knowledgeable Agents about your account, campaigns or just for general support.
2. Support Ticket : Click on Help & Support located in the header and select Support Ticket.
From here you will be presented with 5 Ticket options:
- Conversion Tracking : Request to the trafficking team to apply a change to conversion tracking.
- Campaign Update : Request an update to your campaign, including adding a banner, updating the CPC, changing the targeting or delivery options and more.
- Campaign optimisation : Send a request to the Ops team to optimise your campaign when it isn't performing as expected.
- Troubleshooting : General troubleshooting request.
- Feedback : Let us know what you think.
3. Help Contacts : Click on Help & Support located in the header and select Help Contacts.
You will be redirected to another support page where you will have the option to contact one of the Sales/Account Managers.
4. Help Articles : Click on Help & Support located in the header and select Help Articles.
From here you will have access to a number of Support documents, ranging from step by step guides, to definitions of key terms.
